So we see that by teaching that all who are called are also justified,Paul is precluding the very position of those who seek to limit God's freedom in salvation through the assertion of man's controlling will. The opponent of God's free grace in salvation must explain how the apostle can speak like this in light of their promotion of the autonomous will of man.
